Return/Exchange Policy - Please Read Carefully
If there is any obvious, substantial damage to the exterior packaging when you receive your shipment, please either refuse delivery, or carefully open and inspect it in the presence of a postal employee. Each shipment is insured, and so the USPS needs to note any damage caused during shipment in their records so that a claim can be made. This is for your protection, and ours.
Refunds or exchanges will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Please note that descriptions, specific sizes, and photos of the merchandise we offer are all clearly represented on this website, and if there are any questions please contact us FIRST, before placing your order, so that there will be no confusion or misunderstanding later on. NO returns or exchanges will be accepted, or refunds granted, without contacting us FIRST by phone or email and asking to receive an RMA number. This number must be placed on the outside of the return shipment. All merchandise must be returned to us in LIKE NEW, UNDAMAGED, and SALEABLE condition using packaging methods identical to the way it was received by you. Every returned product will have its condition carefully evaluated before a refund or exchange will be granted. We cannot be held responsible for merchandise that was damaged due to mishandling or improper return packaging. Under no circumstances will we refund shipping costs either to or from the destination.
